Vinspoke operates an in-house white glove delivery service ensuring your beautiful new piece arrives immaculately as intended. Any elements of assembly (adjustable feet, glass installation for example) will also be handled by us as part of the delivery service. Just tell us when and where you want it.
Our delivery service is free for the first 50 miles from our SG4 postcode, after which a £1.50 per mile charge will be applied for the duration of the return trip.

All Vinspoke work comes with a limited lifetime guarantee. This covers all structural, material and workmanship defects on steel and timber components. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidental or purposeful damage, pet damage or fire damage to steel or timber components.
The powdercoat finish on our units carries a 5 year guarantee from date of purchase, not including scratches or damage inflicted to the coating.
Due to it’s nature we do not offer warranty on glass components. However, defects or chips will be remedied FOC if flagged up upon receipt and before signing for the piece. All glass used in our assemblies conforms to BS EN 12150.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products and large investment in manufacturing time per piece, we generally only accept returns due to unlikely damage sustained in transport. A product will never knowingly depart our workshop under standard, but should a product ever feel misaligned with customer expectation we will remedy as quickly and smoothly as possible, at our discretion.
